At goprimium, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and safely across India.

Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India only
  • International shipping is not available at this time

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
  • Orders are processed Monday to Saturday (10 AM – 6 PM)
  • Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed on the next working day

📌 Note:
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may require verification via phone call before processing.

Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days after dispatch
  • Delivery time may vary depending on:
    • Location
    • Courier partner
    • External factors (weather, strikes, etc.)

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹500
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive tracking details via Email and SMS
  • You can also track your order through our tracking page

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on eligible orders
  • No extra charges for COD

  • COD orders are shipped only after verification via phone call
  • If verification fails, the order may be cancelled

Delays & Issues

While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier issues
  • Weather conditions
  • High demand or peak seasons

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, but we will assist you in tracking your order.

Incorrect Address / Delivery Failure

  • Please ensure your shipping details are correct
  • We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect information

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address or failed delivery:

  • Re-shipping charges may apply
