Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship across India only
- International shipping is not available at this time
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
- Orders are processed Monday to Saturday (10 AM – 6 PM)
- Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed on the next working day
📌 Note:
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may require verification via phone call before processing.
Delivery Time
- Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days after dispatch
- Delivery time may vary depending on:
- Location
- Courier partner
- External factors (weather, strikes, etc.)
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹500
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped:
- You will receive tracking details via Email and SMS
- You can also track your order through our tracking page
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available on eligible orders
- No extra charges for COD

- If verification fails, the order may be cancelled

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, but we will assist you in tracking your order.
Incorrect Address / Delivery Failure

- We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect information
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address or failed delivery:
- Re-shipping charges may apply
