At goprimium, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read our exchange and cancellation terms carefully.


🔄 Exchange Policy

We only allow exchanges under specific conditions to ensure fairness and quality control.

Eligible for Exchange:

You can request an exchange if:

  • You received a wrong product, or
  • The product is damaged or defective

Conditions for Exchange:

  • Request must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • A complete unboxing video is mandatory
  • The product must be unused and in original packaging

⚠️ Important:

  • Without an unboxing video, exchange requests may be rejected
  • Exchange is not applicable for size issues or change of mind

🚫 Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Personal care products
  • Used or damaged items (after delivery)
  • Items without original packaging
  • Items without proof of purchase

❌ Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, so we offer order cancellation under limited conditions.

When Can You Cancel?

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled
  • If a prepaid order is cancelled before shipping, the refund will be processed to the original payment method
  • COD orders may be cancelled if verification is not completed
