At goprimium, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read our exchange and cancellation terms carefully.
🔄 Exchange Policy
We only allow exchanges under specific conditions to ensure fairness and quality control.
Eligible for Exchange:
You can request an exchange if:
- You received a wrong product, or
- The product is damaged or defective
Conditions for Exchange:
- Request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- A complete unboxing video is mandatory
- The product must be unused and in original packaging
⚠️ Important:
- Without an unboxing video, exchange requests may be rejected
- Exchange is not applicable for size issues or change of mind
🚫 Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Personal care products
- Used or damaged items (after delivery)
- Items without original packaging
- Items without proof of purchase
❌ Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, so we offer order cancellation under limited conditions.

- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped

⚠️ Important Notes
- Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled
- If a prepaid order is cancelled before shipping, the refund will be processed to the original payment method
- COD orders may be cancelled if verification is not completed
