Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • It must include original packaging and tags
  • A valid proof of purchase is required
  • A complete unboxing video is mandatory as proof for any return request

⚠️ Important:

  • Returns requested without an unboxing video may not be accepted
  • Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted

Return Shipping Charges

  • A fixed return fee of ₹100 will be charged
  • This amount will be deducted from your refund

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

  • The item is damaged
  • You received the wrong product

📌 A clear unboxing video is compulsory for verification. Without it, we may not be able to process your request.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personal care products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Perishable goods (if applicable)
  • Customized or special order items
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
