Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- It must include original packaging and tags
- A valid proof of purchase is required
- A complete unboxing video is mandatory as proof for any return request

- Returns requested without an unboxing video may not be accepted
- Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted
Return Shipping Charges
- A fixed return fee of ₹100 will be charged
- This amount will be deducted from your refund
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.

- The item is damaged
- You received the wrong product
📌 A clear unboxing video is compulsory for verification. Without it, we may not be able to process your request.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Exchanges
